Beverage Equipment Service Technician (B.E.S.T.)
El Camino College is home of the Beverage Equipment Service Technician Training & Certification programs. We are now offering our award winning SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of Americas) endorsed service technician certification classes online. They are available to everyone, no matter where you're located—from the convenience of your home or office—on YOUR own schedule.

We provide supplemental videos for both the face to face as well as the online courses. The videos that are available online are placed inline with the related content. This allows for preservation of context within lessons.
The best way to learn is through the application of knowledge to real world experiences. We provide ways for online learners to experience hands-on learning in much the same way they would in a face to face classroom.
The way in which information is organized and presented makes the content easier to take in. Throught all of the courses, the content presented consistently and broken down into easy-to-swallow pieces. Visual aides such as photos and diagrams provide clarity and act as an extension to the text.
